Envoy

Earliest Hill is the city’s first neighborhood, located in downtown Seattle. Because of its plethora of medical and research institutions, such as Swedish Hospital and Virginia Mason Medical Center, the historic district is also known as “Pill Hill.” Seattle University and the Frye Art Museum are also located on First Hill.

With historic brick apartment buildings, modern high-rise apartments, and attractive houses, First Hills is defined by steep hills and juxtaposes the old and new. The neighborhood of First Hill is extremely walkable, and residents may enjoy a variety of stores and eateries. Residents of First Hill are also close to some of the city’s most popular locations, including Capitol Hill, the International District, and Lower Queen Anne.
